2009 National Thumbpickers Hall of Fame Weekend Bash - Pictures - Sept 25 - 27th 2009

Here's a few low res pictures of the weekend festivities in Powderly, Kentucky at the Merle Travis Center.  Originals (and, many more of the weekend) can be purchased at "Photos by Leigh."

Steve Wariner was Fri night headliner.
Steve inducted into NTPHF by Joe Hudson.
Roger Hardin was going to be hard to beat in the contest on Sat.
Roger won all three classes of the contest.  Presented here by Joe Hudson and Paul Moseley.
Ben Hall performed brilliantly on Sat evening.
Pat Kirtley showed why he was an early contest winner.
Eddie Pennington is always a big crowd pleaser.
Chip Young was the Guest of Honor and inducted into the NTPHF.
Chip's friend and co-grandpa of their grandchildren - Bobby Bare performed and brought the crowd to it's feet many times.
Bobby has still got the knack to entertain.
The above pictures are compliments of "Photos by Leigh." The originals of the above can be purchased at www.photosbyleigh.com.
